On The Inside Design - Our Philosophy
Jeanine Naviaux is President of On The Inside Design. She holds a Bachlor's of Science in Finance, an MBA and had been working in the design industry for the past 10 years. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She also knows Catalan, a little German and Japanese.

Our Philosophy
When starting a project, we consider the end client and direct the design to entice the projected clientele and their friends and family. Our aim is to create a space that is memorable and functional.
Interior design, as with any creative discipline, can take its inspiration from a range of sources. Our design team is made up of individuals from a range of design disciplines, resulting in creative and original final products.
Our team that make On The Inside Design part of our success and we can take inspiration from a range of sources. We like to say that a house is not built by one person but a group of outstanding companies and especially their employees. We could not do what we love without the general contractors and ths subcontractors. We have a great team that has worked on many projects together which brings a synergy to every project we work on.
Lorena Rojas- Is our office manager and the keeps the office flowing. She i working on her Degree. She keeps us sane and laughing at the same time! She speaks fluent Spanish and English which is a bonus for our international clients.
Norma Sanchez- our expert in AutoCad, Photoshop and all the other progams we use. She has a eye for graphic design and it shows in her work with surprising the client with not only her drawings but her ability to find new products that they just fall in love with. She is also bilingual.
